Marin and I went to Colorado for a quick ski trip before she left for her new gig.

Road trips are graceful. Transitions bring me anticipation for the destination, and sadness for what I’ve left behind. I love sitting and staring at the blurred scenery, thinking and thinking and thinking. Twelve hours to think.
